Brady Ackerman: UT defense will challenge UF

I don't think UT's defense will keep us under 38 either, but I think it could reasonably happen. Can you guarantee me that we won't turn the ball over against UT like we did against Ole Miss?

Brady Ackerman: UT defense will challenge UF

I think UT's defense is good enough to keep us under 38, but they'll need a few key turnovers to do it.

"Joker" package allows UF to play all three safeties

Understandable. I hate getting caught in a 3-2-6 then having an opponent do a hurry up offense and audible to a run up the middle in NCAA Football 10

"Joker" package allows UF to play all three safeties

Yeah, that's what it thought. So when would you use a 3-3-5 formation? When it's an obvious passing situation? If that's the case, why not to go to a 3-2-6 instead?

Will the 3-3-5 work well against a power running game?

    John Brantley's playing time

I'm with you, I don't feel as confident about him as I would like.

HAHAHAHA, that would be hilarious to see Vegas come up with that one. I'm gonna say it should be 2.5.

Anyone see the UT v. UCLA game? Before that game, I thought UT might at least put up 17 on us, but geez, Crompton is an INT machine! Oh, and GatorsMistress has a really cool screen name.

OSU sometimes struggles against lesser teams earlier in the season, but later improves. I think the year we beat them for the national title, they barely beat some cupcake team, only to win the rest of their games of the season up until the BCS title game.

    Are you confident in Brantley

I concur, and I was hoping we'd see him pass the ball a little bit more. I think he has the talent, but he just needs more experience. Hopefully he'll get 1.5-2 quarters of work this weekend.

Me too; seeing UGA lose to OSU made me more confident we'll beat them.

Either OSU now has a defense, or UGA's offense is really bad - I'm not sure which.

Gator freshman Debose 'could miss significant time

I hope so too. I'm not saying we won't run the ball well this season, but I need to see some improvement before I'll just "expect" our running game to be as good this season as last.

Think about our running games against Alabama and OU outside of Harvin and Tebow. This season, I think Tebow will be forced by defenses to pass the ball more. This will be similar to the early part of the LSU game last season.
