What a gem I just found on Youtube. This is a higlight reel of the 1940 Florida vs. Georgia Tech game. The film highlights the play of Florida Gators John Piombo, Thomas Harrison, and Forest "Fergie" Ferguson. Florida is in the light colored uniforms.

Surprise to see a lot of passing back then because back then it was run, run, and if needed pass once in a while. Also Ferguson was one of the seven Gators football players killed in action in World War Two. Also see the hit on 1:17, Seen that hit before a number of times when a punt returners chooses not to called for a fair catch.
