It's not just Alabama. Mississippi, LSU, and Auburn are potential violators. If this guy named those schools plus "other SEC schools" this is either a big deal or a way to knock the entire SEC down a notch.

Both--and neither, probably...Too much money, too many positions and careers are on the line here. Only single, less-powerful victims set-up in advance to "take-the-fall" are going to be "fitted with the goat's horns" in these kinds of stories. Look at how little has actually been done in the high-profile, headline-news cases that have "blown-up", only to be strung along and seemingly allowed to fade in the years since...and why do you suppose that is?
