Aren't coaches supposed adjust to player's strengths?

Heck Paterno started freshman in 2005 and he's been coaching since WWII (well before Vietnam War really). Meyer hasn't it done it, he's following the same thing Spurrier did in 1997. What will it take?

shhhhhhhh don't tell Meyer and company this bit of news. They may have to start coaching this year if they hear that.
