"No need to be hard on sophomore cornerback Janoris Jenkins after his performance Saturday against Arkansas.
After allowing Greg Childs to catch four passes for 135 yards, including a 75-yard touchdown that almost cost the Gators the game, no one is beating up Jenkins more than himself.
“He told me that was one of the worst games he ever had in his life. I told him, ‘Don’t worry about it,’” fellow cornerback Joe Haden said. “It was time that something like that would happen. We go out there and play against good players. It was just some dumb moves that happen to me all the time, like jump the out routes and stuff.”
