Do you ever feel bad for Steve Spurrier? He's been mediocre at best during his tenure at South Carolina. It must be horrible to leave a great program like Florida for South Carolina. The Gamecocks have some GREAT fans - but for some reason they just can't win big games.

No, I don't feel bad for Spurrier at all. He made the decision to leave Florida after the 2001-02 Orange Bowl and now needs to live with the decision he made.

After all, hindsight is 20-20.

Nope. I love SOS, but it's his life to live. He can make something out of SC. I got my associate's degree at SC. We all get tired of hearing that Univ of Southern California is USC. South Carolina is older than Southern California by almost 80 years, so they should get priority over being called "USC." Better yet, SC should face USC in a bowl game. That would be a good way for SOS to mount a comeback on the national scene.
