Ex-Gator Dupay bound over for rape trial

SALT LAKE CITY - Former Florida basketball player Teddy Dupay was bound over for trial on charges of rape, aggravated sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping.
Prosecutor Paul Christensen said Dupay, 29, pleaded not guilty to all three charges during a preliminary hearing Monday in 3rd District Court in Park City.
