"Cornerback Jeremy Brown has been at Florida for two injury-filled years and has yet to see the field. He did not think much of the minor back pain he felt in high school, but those problems worsened to drastic extents in the past two years.
Ultimately, he faced the unholy trinity of herniated discs, inflamed facet joints and nerve damage. At times, he could not even get out of bed.
Brown is a sophomore who has been on campus since 2008, but he still has four years of eligibility left because the NCAA already approved him for an extra season."
