Hi Everybody! My first post here . . .
I've tried to discuss some things on "another" forum and risked getting banned for not blowing sunshine, so:
1 - I think Coach Meyer will retire for good at the end of this season. He will not fire or demote Adazzio and what now looks like a great experiment to allow Adazzio to be the "real coach" all season so he could step into the job has failed 100%.
2 - The DC should be given another year . . . with an OC that can actually coach and keep drives alive for more than 3 plays before the defense has to constantly come back on the field against SEC speed.
3 - I think Tim Tebow was far more responsible for the Gators' success last year than anyone knows.
4 - I now question whether Coach Meyer was really the brains behind the team as he had far better athletes than the other teams and 2 Head Coaches doing all the coaching. Now that he's more on his own, even with far better players, he doesn't look so innovative and great to me. He hasn't made any significant adjustments and will not play clearly better, but younger, players. Who doesn't believe that Coach Spurrier would have also won at least the same 2 MNC's with the NFL players Coach Meyer had these last few years?
Glad they shut down the "other" board last night and I found you guys.
