GAINESVILLE - "Joe Haden had a message for Charlie Strong.
After a week of hearing Strong needling him about LSU's bigger receivers catching passes over him and fellow cornerback Janoris Jenkins, Haden sought out UF's defensive coordinator in the locker room following Florida's 13-3 victory.
"I told coach Strong that he needed to eat peanuts off my head, because that's all he was talking about the whole week, how tall [Brandon] LaFell and [Terrance] Tolliver were and they were going to catch the ball on top of me and Janoris' head."
To decipher: Strong had joked with Haden that the 6-foot-3 LaFell and 6-5 Tolliver were so much taller than Haden and Jenkins (both are 5-11) that they would be eating peanuts off the tops of their heads."
