Brady Ackerman mentioned on Twitter that Chuck Heater may be promoted to DC; haven't heard anything official yet.

Any thoughts on Texas Tech's Ruffin McNeill, if he's not given the head coaching position there and not retained by the replacement head coach (saw Tommy Tuberville's being interviewed for that one)?
