This speaks volumes for Urban Meyer's recruiting prowess and ability to develop talent at UF - so much for these media jerks who claim otherwise.
Any Gator fan who still labels Ron Zook a "master recruiter" needs a SERIOUS reality check. Given the fact that Meyer has pulled in at least two #1 rated recruiting classes won 2 National Championships and one BCS bowl in a relatively short period of time speaks for itself. In and of itself, that should be a factor very condusive to future recruiting.
For the most part, this year's draft class (with the exception of Jermaine Cunningham) was recruited by Meyer - notice the numbers have gone up drastically this year, and we've had back-to-back first rounders come from UF (Percy Harvin went in Round 1 last year). In and of itself, that's also a positive reflection on Urban Meyer, and all the more reason why I have to laugh at all these idiots who claim that Urban doesn't prepare his players for the next level.
Hopefully this is only the tip of the iceberg, and we 'll likely see many more in years to come during the Meyer era at Florida.
