GAINESVILLE - "Florida coach Urban Meyer said the statements Lane Kiffin made about him and beating the Gators are old news.
"Water under the bridge," Meyer said.
Kiffin said his comments won't provide the top-ranked Gators any extra motivation on Saturday.
"They have a ton to play for," he said.
Whether anyone believes them is irrelevant, because there's no doubt that Kiffin has increased the hard feelings Florida fans have about Tennessee into a previously unreached level. Forget rivalry. Now it's a full-blown feud."
