I know it is only week 1, but I have to take the victories where I can. Right now, Feleipe Franks is ranked as the #16 quarterback in the nation! Other notables include West Virginia QB Will Grier at #8, Missouri QB Drew Lock at #9, and the starter on Kyle Trask's high school team, Houston QB D'Eriq King at #10. Just for comparison sake, keep in mind that in 2015, Louisiana Tech QB and former Florida QB Jeff Driskel started the year statistically as the #1 QB (against FCS teams) and finished as the #14 QB (complete schedule). Better coaching and an easier schedule vastly improved Driskel's statistics, and I think Franks will have a similar resurgence. I do not project Franks to stay in the top 20, but I think he will finish in the top 50. The Florida offense is currently #20.
As for Will Grier, I think he will finish as a Heisman contender, but he will need to win 10 games in a tough schedule where some project him to win 8 or 9 games.
