"When comparing his newest batch of Gators running backs with the ones he coached two years ago, assistant coach Stan Drayton says it’s comparison.
“Hey, all you have to do is watch Florida play last year,” Drayton said. “Those guys were a very, very integral part of the success of this offense. There’s no longer any concern with that at all.”
That’s because Drayton has plenty of options with arguably Florida’s deepest position. The Gators can re-establish an offensive identity under new quarterback John Brantley, and the running game will be paramount."
