At least someone outside of Gainesville still thinks Timmy is still in the running for the Heisman. Not that I particularly care if Timmy gets another Heisman, but the same milestones that Timmy needs to hit to get a Heisman are the same ones he needs to hit in order to fix the offensive struggles and turnover ratio.
For once, I think Timmy's Heisman chase is actually in line with Florida rising to the next level. My assumption is that we cannot play like this and expect to win at the SEC championship, much less the BCS championship.

This is officially the oddest Heisman Trophy year of all-time. We're eight weeks through the season and it seems as though no one wants the award. ...
I think Florida rights itself (can the No. 1 team in the nation really "right" itself?) and Tim Tebow has a breakout day. Dare I say, a Heisman-worthy day? I'm thinking the Tebow of old — one of those 200-yard passing/120-yard rushing performances — comes out for the first time all season against the team he probably dislikes the most. And then, with games against Vanderbilt, South Carolina, FIU, Florida State, and potentially Alabama in the SEC Championship Game left on the docket, Superman grabs hold of the award.
