I remember hearing all the experts saying the SEC is down this year blah blah blah. Now I look at the AP Top 25 and see 3 SEC teams in the Top 4. 4 teams in the Top 10 and 5 teams in the Top 25.

I dnt think the sec could ever be down....football is just to important down here in the south to many good recruits IMHO...the south is king of football
The only conference that can beat the SEC, is...the SEC. If any SEC team falls out of the top 5 or top 20, it will be due to a defeat at the hands of another SEC team. Alabama (3), Mississippi (14), Auburn (8), and LSU (10) have several opportunities to affect other SEC rankings. Alabama is rather scary now. LSU is not scary, but has the most games against ranked SEC teams that matter to me.
