Despite his recent comments on SEC officiating, Florida coach Urban Meyer hasn't received a reprimand from the league.

All the pundits, Lane Kiffin and media blowhards (specifically Tim Brando and Slimebaum) are making a big deal out of this, but what they're overlooking is that Coach Meyer was only pointing out an oversight - NOT questioning the integrity of the officials as Kiffykins, Petrino and Mullen did. If Slive decides some punitive action is necessary, I only see Meyer being fined at the most.

Meyer does have a point, and he provided evidence to the SEC asking for a review of what happened, so he was following the proper protocol.

Apparently Mark Richt seconded what Meyer said should have been called in his interview with the AJC (and at least Tony Barnhart is sensible; I wish he would knock some sense into that empty noggin of Brando's): http://blogs.ajc.com/barnhart-college-football/2009/11/05/spikes-will-sit-whole-game-will-meyer-be-joining-him/?cxntfid=blogs_barnhart_college_football
