Reaction from Tim Tebow’s Pro Day

I want a real team to draft him and develop him. Sorry, JAX.

i agree 100%. i'd buy season tix to the jags if they drafted him, but only if they develop him like the should. however, i don't see them doing that. jaguars will always be a mediocre team. tebow doesn't deserve that.

I know that for pride's sake we all want Timmy to go in round 1, but it would be better for his career to go in round 2 or 3 for longevity. If he goes in round 1, he will be turned into a freak show, used to to put seats in the stands, and then tossed aside as a failure. If he goes in round 2 or 3, he will get time on the sideline to develop. Even if he spends years on the sideline, he would be making money for his charity work. To me, his charity work is more important.

The Redskins are my favorite NFL team, but the owner, Dan Snyder, is not a good owner. I don't know how much Mike Shanahan can hold off the bad influence of Snyder. I would prefer New England or (I can't believe I am typing this) Cleveland over Washington unless Kyle Shanahan and Matt LeFleur can develop Tebow.

It Synder is smart (OK a big strench but hey maybe Shanahan will get his way again maybe) the Skins will get the LT from OK State and in the second round on Tebow though what if Colt McCoy is still available?

As a Skins fan, I can only hope that Shanahan has more power than Schottenheimer, Spurrier, Gibbs, or Zorn. As a realist, I know that this simply will not happen. Joe Gibbs is a god in Redskins country, and he did not work as well under Snyder as he did under Jack Kent Cook. Mike Shanahan is no Joe Gibbs. Unless Dan Snyder met Jesus (not Tim Tebow) last night, nothing is going to change. Let him have Colt McCoy. It would be difficult for Tebow to hide under Shanahan and develop into an NFL QB, but it is not impossible. Just unlikely.

As a fan of the CFL, and specifically the Blue Bombers, I'm selfishly hoping Tebow somehow escapes being signed by an NFL team, and winds up over here playing in Blue and Gold. I'd even let him live in my house for free... Anyway, I know it won't happen, but if Chris Leak can wind up playing in Montreal, maybe another Gator QB can go overlooked.

No offense, but Timmy can make more money sitting on the bench in the NFL. All he needs is enough money to start his own charity organization and ministry. Playing football might be fun, but I think he can do more great things in public service. He just needs enough fame and fortune to start up his organization.
