"She's a witch!"

"Burn her!"

Ok, so maybe it's not a witch hunt, but the OP has made an interesting observation.

That's about the gist of it, based on the number of schools being added to the list every day.

Since Frank Gore hosted a party in Miami, I'm surprised the NCAA hasn't added scUM to the list as well.

As much as I enjoy watching USC get burned with Lame Kitten there, none of this is fair to him and the USC program. I ran across this article that better articulates my opinion: http://msn.foxsports.com/collegefootball/story/jason-whitlock-expose-ncaa-not-reggie-bush-072210. In short, I believe that the football programs should not be under scrutiny--the NCAA itself should be for how they use the student athletes to fill their own coffers.

IMHO, there's no excuse for agents to be ignorant of NCAA rules concerning student-athletes and their interaction with them. If they refuse to do things the right way, then I say punish the agents - not the schools.

SEC commissioner Mike Slive acknowledges the need to rein in agents. An olive branch from commissioner Mike Slive and a couple of roundhouses from the league's heavyweight coaches."

Good bullet point:

"Meyer met with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell this spring (in an unrelated matter) and the talk eventually turned to agents and their influence, and how the NFL could work with college football to eliminate problems.

"He really cares," Meyer said. "He wants to do the right thing."
