Even though the media may not be happy with this quote (and frankly I could care less what they think), at least Tebow isn't turning a deaf ear and blind eye to any issues amongst his teammates:
“I don’t want it to come across I got to stand up in team meetings and lecture them about it. Absolutely not,” Tebow said. “But I will put my arm around guys and talk to them one-on-one and try to make a difference with them like that. And sometimes that’s what they need.”
“For our team, we really trust one another right now we care about each other, and guys are going to make mistakes. But you know what? Sometimes when you hit your lowest low, that’s when you’re going to come back to do something great, and that’s really what we believe in our team right now.”
