Imo, this is primarily because Harris is firmly established as Shannon's QB. And the reason for that is Harris is from the 305. Players from miami will almost always get precedence over those who aren't.
But this will be a fun season to watch as a UF fan. Miami was already looking at probably a 1-3 start to the season. Now if Harris is injured, they have only a true freshman remaining at QB.
Fine with me. Miami is the one other Florida school I absolutely detest. I only hate FSU one day out of the year, but I hate Miami any day of the year. My main complaints with them are a) they are a private school b) I couldn't apply there under State University System c) they are friggin expensive and d) Miami really isn't part of Florida--it's upper Cuba.
