Veterans being counted on to ground freshmen

"Senior offensive lineman Mike Pouncey has some advice for Florida’s highly touted recruiting class.

And it has nothing to do with adjusting to the speed of college football, living away from home for the first time or better understanding the game.

“At the end of the day the freshmen need to just shut their mouth and come play,” Pouncey said. “They haven’t done anything on Saturday, and most of the fans don’t even know who they are. So, until they prove themselves, they just need to sit back and let the older guys play.”

well i heard powell and easely didnt show up to practice yesterday cuz their sick of the older guys


hope that smooths over pouncey needs to chill on that leadership role thing if he takin it too seriously trying to tell everybody what to do and haze freshmen or w/e

all is good, i was worried when i read on gatorsports that pouncy put a beat down on powell but im pretty sure that was complete BS even if they did get in lil fight thats nothing too out of the ordinary fall camp is intense
