Let's go people! We can still win the SEC East ... and it all get's going this week against Georgia. The Bulldogs have won 3 in a row (scoring 40+ in each win), while we have lost 3 in a row. All we have to do is beat Georgia, Vanderbilt and South Carolina.

SS Ahmad Black: "People like for us to lose. People like for us to be down." Said has confidence players, coaches will turn #Gators around.
I agree - this team hasn't handles being hyped up all that well in the past. We've never gone undefeated and I don't think we've ever gone from Preseason #1 to National Champs. These guys need to get beat down a little bit, even if they're still winning games... they need people to criticize...
I don't blame Urban Meyer - how can you? He can't control what his players are doing at 3AM ... but I do think that Urban has to be held accountable to a small extent for maybe not disciplining these gus enough or something. I don't know what it's like in the locker room, but with the way all...
We didn't really see the option at all vs. Miami - do you think we'll see it this week? I know Brantley can't run like Tim, but the option is a great way to keep the defense honest and second guessing.
The Gators poor performance wasn't even on Brantley. He was never given a chance to get the offense going. I doubt he's able to get completely away from it all, but the more he can stay focused on th task in front of him the better.
Having a top weight room facility is one of the best recruiting tools. Florida has pumped millions into our facilities so its nice to see it paying off.
Trattou should be entrenched as a starter at DE, but someone will need to step up opposite of him. Trattou isn't a sack machine like Dunlap, Moss, etc. were
Post the Gator player you disliked the most - whether it be for performance reasons, off the field run ins, etc.
I am going with Marcus Thomas - the guy squandered away several chances. Could have been one of the greats at UF.
Adrian Bushell transfers
Adrian Bushell is leaving the Swamp. Bushell, a redshirt sophomore, played as a backup last season, collecting 14 tackles and an interception.
Not sure why he decided to transfer now when he could be competing for a starting CB job.
Darren O'Day has been lights out in 7 appareances so far in 2010 for the Texas Rangers. He's not striking out a ton, but hasn't given up a run yet. In 2009 he had 56 k's in 58.2 IP and had a 1.84 ERA.
There is a report in today's Boston Globe that sheds a light on why Aaron Hernandez fell to the 4th round of the NFL Draft - when many thought he had 1st or 2nd round talent. How about multiple failed drug tests while playing at Florida.
Hernandez admitted to smoking weed while at Florida...
Just was looking through Mike Kryzewski's coaching record at Duke... it's kind of similar to Donovan's in some areas.
Coach K won back to back titles in 90-91 and 91-92 ... and Billy Donovan won back to backs in 05-06 and 06-07. Before winning their first title at the school, both coaches had...
The Gator Hall of Fame Class of 2010 was recently announced. We have some great former Gators on this list, like Fred Taylor and BRad Wilkerson.
GATOR GREATS:
Brad Wilkerson – Baseball (1996-98)
Fred Taylor – Football (1994-97)
Brian Gay – Men’s Golf (1991-94)
Leah Kirklin Anderson –...
What are your expectations for senior RB Emmanuel Moody in 2010? He's already nicked up and missed a few spring practices. The guy is definitely a beast when on the field (and not fumbling).
"It's a time that is supposed to bring you down, but I'm getting really strong from it," Moody said...
