Bama or OK State?

I am okay with Oklahoma State. Their only loss was in overtime to an unranked team in Ames, Iowa. They destroyed one of my preseason picks, Oklahoma. They beat 2 more top ranked teams than Alabama.

Unfortunately, this is about the two best teams, LSU and Alabama. Is it fair that Alabama gets into the big dance while sitting on the couch while LSU was busy beating the Dawgs? No, unless you get pleasure out of seeing UGA getting their butts whooped at "home".

Alabama just might win the rematch, just as Florida won its rematch over Florida State in the '97 Sugar Bowl.

Look, setting aside everything but "Which would make the better, more interesting GAME?", I'd have to answer "OSU"...
BUT, using the "Eyeballs-Test", I must tell you that I am as CERTAIN that 'Bama beats OSU as I am that LSU does; factor in the relative damage of their respective losses against the respective teams they lost TO (Iowa St. was a TERRIBLE loss--a choke-job against a FAR inferior team), plus my admitted SEC-bias (which has the added virtue of being valid: The SEC truly IS the best Conference in the game by FAR), and I arrive at the easy conclusion: "Tide vs. Tigers in the BCS Championship Game this time around."

The difference between 1996 and this season, The Gators won the SEC against Bama and FSU I think won theirs though don't know what conference they played in.

Bright side: we know that the SEC will win the BCS. Bad side: the SEC will get its first BCS national championship loss.
