Bye Week

Gators are on bye this week. Part of me wishes they weren't. When the offense gets in a groove like that we want to see them keep going.

However, I hope the Gators can use this off week to get Percy Harvin and Moody close to 100%

I think what we saw this weekend is the offense many of us have been asking for. Albeit, what we enjoyed Saturday may only be an early version of it's final result. The extra week to develop, fine tune and involve other key players does not bode well for the kittycats or the rest of the SEC.

it would be much better to take on Kentucky this weekend, then have a bye to prepare for UGA and Vandy... but as u said 2bits, we need to get our players healthy

Yes we did have a bye week earlier this year. Looking back through some of the previous schedules, we also had 2 bye weeks in the 2005 season.

With Kentucky, Georgia and Vandy coming up we have a brutal 3-game slate here. I want to see our guys rested up and healthy for these three games; our chances of winning the SEC East hinge on them, and wins are a MUST if we want to get to Atlanta.
