You know, it's actually pretty funny, in a sick, sad way: the much-vaunted Urban Meyer-with-2-weeks-to-prepare and apparently he's already shot his wad--ie. that first confused offering of speedy change-ups at QB right after the opening intercept (why he went with it there is another question), then it's back to dive, fake dive, bubble-screen, dive...hell of a job, guys.

In his defense (did I just type that?), the dive, fake dive, option, bubble screen, etc work okay with Demps and Rainey and Burton in the backfield at the same time. Notice how bad we look with Brantley in there. This is what we are stuck with unless Frankie Hammond gets more touches at receiver.

Whattayaknow? Playmakers make plays. Burton hands off to Rainey, and a Dive Play finally works. What do they say about sooner or later the sun shining on a blind dog's ass? (Think I might have that wrong.)
Anyway, point is we finally scored, and I admit, it felt GOOD. Doesn't change anything else we've seen or said here, but it's still a relief, for the moment at least.

I can not express how much I hate this offense right now. We have had zero progress as a unit 8 games into the season. WTF is going on . Did we recruit that bad? Has Meyer lost his touch? Is Addazio that freaking bad, well I might know the answer to that question. I need answers not excuses.

Why is hill happy he just gained over 10 yards you retard. How bout this try covering some one. Hits don't mean anything unless they drop the ball. Never understood why defenders get happy after hitting a receiver in the air when the player still catches it for big yards and he gets up like he did something.
