Gators assistants don't mind having no contract

"Most Gators football assistants are coaching with a contract that expired more than a month ago, something that would make most businessmen nervous. But protocol is a little different in Florida athletics, where assistant coaches get their contracts reworked between March and early summer for a piece of paper that will be dated to end Jan. 31 of the next year."
