My family and I are very active in our church. In fact, my husband is the assistant pastor and leads worship for service. During the fall, I always wear orange & blue to celebrate our Saturday victories when we win, and if we happen to lose, wear black. (When Zook was coach, I wore plenty of black). The past couple seasons, I haven't had to wear much black.
Yesterday, I asked my husband (who is an "okay" Gator fan) if I could skip church today. I was a mess yesterday!!! And I sure didn't want to see the miami fans (yes, I know they lost too) and the fsu fans (who won yesterday)...
But my husband encouraged me to go to church and NOT wear black. He said be strong and be proud of this team you love. They played poorly yesterday and the coaches made bad decisions, but look how great they've been so far. So I'm going to church and wearing orange and blue!
I just hope none of those other fans don't make it hard for me to be a christian today

I feel for Meyer and Tebow... I know they both attend church.... I wonder if they'll go today....
