Definitely. He always has accurate an assessment of Florida, good or bad. He thinks highly of them this year, maybe too high considering the strength of Penn State and the Texas.

Florida will crush Penn State. Now Texas vs Fla would be a great game.
Penn State is not that good.... They beat Ohio State which is a ok team but not a great team.
