Jacksonville Jaguars select Taven Bryan in round 1 of 2018 NFL Draft

The Jacksonville Jaguars selected Taven Bryan with the No. 29 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. Jacksonville's selection marks the sixth straight year the Gators have had a defensive player taken in the first round.

Taven also becomes the fifth Florida player taken in the first round by the Jaguars all time, following Fred Taylor (2008), Reggie Nelson (2007), Derrick Harvey (2008) and Dante Fowler Jr. (2015).

VERY excited about this pick. Jags nation is generally displeased, and I find myself thumbing my nose at them for it. Taven is a stud and will be a freak with the NFL weight lifting / conditioning programs.
