Damnit we lost Louis to Ohio State and Markeith Ambles to Tennessee!
O-Town, what are our current WR commits for 2010?
Louis may not be a "complete" loss; there's so much BS and a lot of internet rumors going around right now about phone calls not being returned and our coaching staff waiting on hearing from another possible commitment. As we know all too well, "verbals" aren't firm commitments and can waiver - and how the media likes to exaggerate facts.
As far as receiver commits, we have two at WR (Stephen Alli and Solomon Patton) and two at TE (Michael McFarland and Gerald Christian).

Seeing that we'll be capped out at 26 recruits for this as well as our future classes, the way I see it, Coach Meyer and his staff want to leave a little bit of room from now until NSD. At this point in time we have 17 verbals. They're not really too concerned about the quantity, but with the
quality of this class and re-loading the necessary roster slots.
