Maurkice Pouncey SEC OL of the Week

Sophomore center Maurkice Pouncey (Lakeland, Fla.) earned SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week honors.

Pouncey anchored an offensive line that produced 278 yards rushing, the top SEC single-game total under Coach Meyer in the Gators’ win over the Razorbacks. He graded out a team-best 94 percent after UF averaged 7.3 yards per rush, the best effort in an SEC game for Florida in records dating back to 1996. The Orange and Blue totaled 514 yards in total offense against Arkansas and scored on six of 10 possessions
