You have to take into consideration the kind of pressures that are being placed on the young shoulders of these kids. The system forces them to express their allegiance at an early stage of the process so as not to lose their position in the schools they want. Lots of influences are in play once the process starts, least of all what the player sees as his decision. Parents and family, all their coaches past and present, their posse. Who knows what goes on in their heads. It's a decision that will determine the rest of their careers and their future lives. I do not blame them for deciding on a mediocre school over the Gators. I wish them well and hope they regret their decision every time they face the Gators.
They should have an early signing period for football the way they do in basketball, it's still a circus but less de-commits.

Honestly, I think that's low that's you said you wish him nothing but the worst. Hey it's bad to lose someone who already said he was coming here you think Meyer thinks like you, do stands? I doubt it, he probably wishes him nothing but the best and so do I. Though I hope his HS teammate Jenkins gives to cover him. It happens, hey Gators had players to committed elsewhere. One that comes to mind is John Brantley he had committed early to texas I think then decided he wanted to win Championships with Florida.

Also, Richardson doesn't even seem like he's the caliber of player that's worth this type of trouble.

I remember Antoine Smith's recruitment being this messy. I think all that drama messed with Smith's head, b/c he certainly didn't live up to expectations in Tally.

Actually, Nuke lied right down to the last minute, because LAME told him, too. After all the lies he told Thursday, Richardson said:

"I ain't saying it's good he called Urban Meyer a cheater," Richardson said. "I just like the way he does things."

It's pretty obvious to me this kid saw Debose, who is way more talented and much more suited for the Percy Harvin role and said 'Let me go be the go to guy at Tennessee (or so he thinks) where I don't have to work as hard to get on the field.

I like to see him guarded by his HS teammate Jenkins.

What a good team they must have been, though. Jenkins and Richardson going against each other in practice every day.. But anyway, I say Jenkins holds him down pretty well.
