According to this article, the head coach at Tampa Plant HS won't welcome Randy Shannon ro recruit players there as backlash over this episode with Robert Marve. I also heard that North Miami Beach is also saying "no" to Shannon: http://www.miamiherald.com/sports/colleges/um/story/832267.html

Players from the 305 (like Harris) will get priority over those from other parts of the state (Marve). Miami can survive without recruiting Tampa; Dade is by FAR their most important place to recruit. Miami would have to give up their football program if they couldn't recruit Dade County.

Honestly from what I read Shannon is a jerk but to be fair Harris is the guy (for now) and my opinion better than Mavre. Though it's not smart to burn bridges to any state HS like Plant however I don't know if other Tampa Bay Area schools like my alum (Tampa Bay Tech) will follow suit. I hope Orson Charles consider UF maybe give Meyer the opportunity to used two TEs though I think he'll more a receiver.
