Not that I could find. He's from up north, like Ohio. My guess is one of the writers or prop guys put it there.

ive seen these pics befpore, theres also a hooters that they go to thats all decked out in gator stuff. i dont watch the show so i couldnt tell you what eppisode its from tho

It is. It's hilarious. But, I'd say the Office is what of the few shows where the American version is just as good as the British version.
