Of course, each of those games were won by the Gators, who have more national titles in the past 12 years (two) than Vanderbilt has bowl appearances in the past 25 years (none). Florida has won the past 17 meetings in this series, extending its advantage to 30-9-2 all-time against the Commodores, who last beat Florida in 1988.
