I'm thinking Wagner could be our 2007 backup quarterback instead of any of the freshman simply because he has some junior college experience. I doubt he will get much playing time though.

Yeah, to be honest I don't know much about him. I saw his video, but it was hard to make any judgments as you don't know much about the opposing talent level.
He will definitely get a shot at backup, but I think Newton might see just as much or more time as the backup since he was an early enrollee and will be here for Spring practice.

I think we'll start out the year with Wagner as the backup, and ease Cam into the role. I mean Cam (and Brantly) didn't sign with UF to be 3rd and 4th stringers. They're going to fight for that backup role.
