You are missing the player I most wanted to vote for: Carlos Dunlap. He is an absolutely freak and I think he could command a double team every time he is on the field. I think he will be our defensive difference maker this year.

I don't know how I overlooked Carlos Dunlap. I tried to add him to the poll but I did not see a way to do so.

Sorry guys.

I voted for Wright also because:
a) I saw him play in high school and he made me shit myself
b) Matthew Stafford is the ONLY proven quarteback the Gators face so DBs should have huge seasons

I say Carlos Dunlap on the line and Major Wright in the secondary, but we have a couple of incoming freshmen (Will Hill and Omar Hunter) who could steal the show from them if they perform to expectations.

On that list Brandon Spikes, but like someone else stated, Carlos Dunlap should be on that list. I truly hope he takes what the coaches said after the Spring Game to heart, and works hard to imrpove his play against the run. If he does that, look out. He could potentially be a future first round pick, possibly even #1 overall with his size, speed and god given talent.

I've seen nearly every one of Will Hill's games for 3+ years. By midseason, I expect he'll show why he's known as The Thrill. You have to remember he is a true freshman and not an old one at that and wasn't here for spring football, so it may take a few games to adapt to the more complicated and faster SEC game. Once he gets acclimated, gator fans are in for a treat.

Brandon Spikes could be one of the best MLB's in the game! He'll be a nasty hitter, lead the team in tackles and probably grab few ints.
