Early signing period

The majority of Southeastern Conference football coaches want an early signing period similar to the one used in basketball.

How do you think this will affect recruiting? It certainly helps kids who are dead sure of what school they want to attend. I'm not sure about the others though.

I don't like having the early signing period. I like the excitement of NSD. Having coaches steal recruits from other schools is part of the fun!

I do not want to see that happen, because it kills all the young men being in the spot light for a short period of time.
