Aaron Hernandez was only 17 when he first came to UF.
Jenkins is also an excellent student; I'm sure that's one of the reasons why Meyer wanted to being him to UF.

He is a 4.0 student and his foremost criteria for colleges was academics and I think that is why Stanford was high on his list along with notre dame and a few lesser colleges i.e. usc, ucla. Urban Meyer's coup in getting him to Florida, reinforces this staffs prowess on the recruiting trail. He now has a chance to excel as a student as well as compete to step in right away at some defensive position. I have a feeling that we will see the hard hitting, awe inspiring defensive player type that we saw in "The ERasER".
