But it is their RUNNING game that is beating us.
We let them get to the marker there.
4th down...Damn--we saved THEM there: play lock was way down, but WE called a timeout to make some changes once we saw their 4th down personnel.
I don't think we even NOTICED the playclock.
Now they will probably GET the 1st down (unless they make a mistake)

Great play design by USF. Horrible reaction by Florida.
Gator defense was the strong suit in the first two games with Ventrell Miller at LB. They ate missing him today.
I don't know if we can even BEAT these guys.
This may be the most revealingly BAD performance by our team of all.
I think I will have to shut up here for at least a while. I am thoroughly depressed by this performance.

The SEC announcer here is right about one thing:

Thank goodness our OFFDNSE is still functioning, even WITHOUT the "designed run" for AR being employed.
But it is STILL "TOO MANY MOVING PARTS, TOO MANY PLAYS!"

So we get handed and extra 4 points there.
Way it's going, that could be the eventual difference in this one.
Unless we can truly assert ourselves, STOP them (their offensive people are CLEARLY out-CALLING the game against our defense thus far) and give our Offense a chance to put a little more DISTANCE between us on the Scoreboard, none of that will matter.
We just look like a young and sloppy team on Defense. And WE'RE already the ones who are getting worn down here in the Swamp.
And we're STILL not stopping them.
They are just fooling us on every play!

These Bulls continue to "give us all we want and MORE".
BOTH Howard (!) AND BYU did a better job against their running game than WE have!
