My fear of course is that this moment right here is "the high point of our season"...I am almost AFRAID to watch the rest of thus: It reeks of downhill disappointment--exactly what we have been inured to.

The story here (not the one these LSU-focused commentators see) is simply that this Gator D has been left hanging out there far too long, and only now, in the last 8 minutes of the GANE, is it really catching UP with them.
I thought that they'd cave long BEFORE THIS. But they didn't. They are still fighting their guts out:

I stay with the idea that if Billy has a single cojone, he doesn't try to "hold everything right where it is on the scoreboard", but for ONCE he goes after the WIN, for SURE!

I give our TEAM ALL the credit.
We outscored them 14-3 in the 4th quarter.
LSU had DOMINATED time of possession but our D never wilted.

Doesn't change anything in the Big Picture, despite whatever smoke Billy was trying to blow up the nation's asses on the sidelines postgame...Can you BELIEVE that guy? If he gies there NOW, I can't even begin to IMAGINE how high he will pile the bull in tonight's presser!

Personally just really NEEDED exactly this sort of win. Challenged, yet able to overcome all the restrictions piled upon them by other's.
Just kept picking themselves up and coming ON.
I finally recognized A DECENT GATOR TEAM OUT THERE today.
Healthy, with more depth and a few holes filled, above all the obvious coaching flaws fixed (we all know that what we are REALLY saying here is, "When we get a REAL in-game OC!"), we will THEN (and ONLY then) be a somewhat formidable SEC Power once more.
Personally just really NEEDED exactly this sort of win. Challenged, yet able to overcome all the restrictions piled upon them by other's.
