We caught a break with the Committee, for a change--and I LOVE that it's BUGGIN' all the Gator Haters, especially the site-trolls from down south! Added bonus.
Still, with all the steps we've taken, the coalescing into a real TEAM, finally, that Wildcat loss is worrisome--if only 'cause it shows that nagging two-edged weakness, when we're not physical enough and don't get to the line NEAR as much as the other team, on the one hand, AND don't shoot well when we DO get there, on the other. It's a double wammy, a combination of let-downs on our part that might spur a well-coached upstart to pressure us by playing more physical themselves--and rise to the occasion.
It happens in tournament play, and WE have to be the ones that are hungry, who hunker down together with "something to prove". I'm figuring Billy is ON this, and will press the right buttons. That's the "good" side of that Kentucky game and its outcome: he has their attention, and it shouldn't be hard for them all to see the danger AND its cure.
