Is it possible for fans to tell whether or not a team has chemistry?

Fans can tell... just look at certain teams in the NFL like Cincy with Chad Johnson. They have no chemistry. But a team like the Jags with no superstars are winners because they have chemistry.

I've never heard of any Gator players getting into a rift with one another. I think they have great chemistry.
