The talent was there this year, coaching didnt put it together. Say what you want but that in the end goes back on Urban.

I think it is REALLY going to depend on the replacement. If they get someone so-so, this situation is going to turn out real bad. BUT if they can get a great coach, I am sure the transition will be smooth. Either way, Urban will be missed and I wish him the best.
