Week 7: #20 Florida Gators 42, LSU Tigers 49, 10/16/21

I am hating this. We again just don’t look sharp, or ready-to-play.
We started “off”, sleep-walked through the 1st quarter, and now, clinging to a weak lead are very close to losing even that. I don’t know what has happened to Coach’s play calling on offense—but with the way our D is surrendering territory today, that offense will HAVE to start scoring in BUNCHES to prevent another embarrassing disaster here today.
Time to finally see things the way they really are:
This is not a very tough Gator team. Now we are down to then AGAIN.
Either we respond right now, or we lose here AGAIN.
But no matter what, this is a weak Gator team no matter HOW you look at it.
I mean, we are losing to an imjured team with a lame duck Coach.

Shane Matthews is providing commentary on the WRUF broadcast. He seems to have the best defensive play calls. “Stop dropping 8 to rush 3 and go back to what worked earlier.”

Trouble with my streaming app here is that there is a several second delay on RUF that makes it just too far off for running it with the ESPN video;
If I get fully p’d off and just decide to turn OFF ESPN, I’d Definitely just listen to Shane!

The only thing that’ll undo this growing sense of disappointment with thus whole program would be to see us rally, come back and win big here...
