Napier is a horrible game day coach. He should have gone for it 4th and 4 on the Tennessee 45. He should not run from the pistol on 3rd and short. Just line up under center and run power.

Edit: This started as an excellent drive. For whatever reason Napier runs the slower, smaller Mertz on a QB sneak when he should have run the larger, faster Lagway in that situation earlier.
